Each player is permitted to hold only one Betbaji account. This means one account per person, per household address, per mobile number, and per device. Operating multiple accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in all accounts being permanently closed and all funds being forfeited.
You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your Betbaji account. Keep your login credentials — your username and password — private and secure. Do not share them with anyone, including friends or family members. Betbaji will never contact you to ask for your password.
If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else without your permission, contact Betbaji support immediately via live chat. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily locking your account while the investigation is ongoing.
Betbaji accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any funds within it to another person under any circumstances.
Betbaji accepts deposits through the following mobile banking services: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. These are the only accepted payment methods. Betbaji does not accept bank transfers, international credit cards, or any other payment method not listed here.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit set by Betbaji, though your mobile banking provider may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your Betbaji account instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
Betbaji does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your mobile banking provider (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) may charge their standard transaction fees, which are outside Betbaji's control.
The minimum withdrawal amount on Betbaji is ৳200. Withdrawals are processed to the mobile banking number associated with your Betbaji account — this must be the same number used for your most recent deposit. Betbaji does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or numbers not registered to the account holder.
Standard withdrawal processing time is 5 to 15 minutes. During peak periods, processing may take up to 60 minutes. If your withdrawal has not arrived within 60 minutes, contact support with your withdrawal request ID.
Betbaji processes the vast majority of withdrawals within 15 minutes. Fast payouts are one of the things our players value most, and we work hard to maintain that standard.
